Monday Motivation: You’re STRONGER than you know!
Never think that you couldn’t do something. If you wanted bad enough, you’ll make it! Determination & persistent will get you there!!!

Do you life weights before or after cardio? OR do these exercises on separate day? Or space them out through the day?

If your goal is to build muscle, do cardio first.
If you’re looking to build endurance more than muscle mass, consider doing the opposite
Personally for me, I just wanna do everything! Lol. But of course, it depends on what you’re training for. I like to switch up my routines. So, I’d do one day of cardio before strength conditioning & do the opposite the next day. Good to alternate your training routines so that your body doesn’t hit a plateau.
Doing cardio last suppressed the anabolic effect of weight lifting to some extent, and it increased protein breakdown more. Doing weights last allowed those pathways involved in protein synthesis and muscle growth to remain active longer.
Whatever it is you decide to do, the main thing is that you get your body moving & staying healthy & hit!
