Push-up Frogger! Add this to your training this week. Do as many as you can with proper form in 30 sec or aim for 10 reps 3x. Tips: keep abs tight, back straight & head fwd. (Taken with Instagram)

When in doubt, LUNGE it out! ;) Helps stretch out your lower body muscles while increasing your lower body strength. Great for maintaining your balance. Always keep the back straight, chest up & abs tight! Hold each side for 15 sec if stretching OR do alternate lunges for 1 min 3x to work those muscles!  (Taken with Instagram)
