Here’s a great list to follow for those who want to eat clean or didn’t know what clean eating is. I know it can be hard to eat clean and sometimes it cost more to eat clean. But hey, this is for our body and we can’t feed anything but the best, right? Well, at least the best we can do! But it is POSSIBLE!!!! Let’s do this together :)
Eating clean is all about sticking to wholesome, natural foods [think fruits, vegies, nuts, seeds, etc.] and steering clear of foods that come packaged in a box, or have an ingredient list that you cannot even pronounce [more on clean eating here]. It’s all about simplicity, and using natural ingredients to boost flavour!
